Copyright (DMCA) Takedown Requests

If you believe an app listing on bundl.run infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to directory@bundl.run.

Your notice must include:

1. Your Contact Information: Your name, address, email, and phone number.
2. The Infringing Work: A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The Infringing Listing: The specific URL on bundl.run of the app listing you are reporting.
4. A Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the challenged material. We will also notify the person who submitted the listing and provide them with your notice so they can file a counter-notice if they wish.

Trademark and Impersonation

If you believe a listing is infringing your trademark or impersonating you or your company, please email directory@bundl.run with the following:

1. Your Contact Information.
2. The Listing URL on bundl.run.
3. Proof of Your Trademark: e.g., a registration number.
4. Explanation of Infringement: A clear explanation of how the listing infringes your trademark or constitutes impersonation.

We will temporarily hide the listing while we investigate. We will ask both parties to provide evidence to support their claims.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
