Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the challenged material. We will also notify the person who submitted the listing and provide them with your notice so they can file a counter-notice if they wish.
If you believe a listing is infringing your trademark or impersonating you or your company, please email directory@bundl.run with the following:
We will temporarily hide the listing while we investigate. We will ask both parties to provide evidence to support their claims.
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 48 business hours. Trademark disputes may take longer to investigate.
A DMCA counter-notice is a legal response that the person who posted the content can send if they believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who filed the original complaint. If they do not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a lawsuit, we may restore the content.
