Spark is a Readdle email client that grew from an iOS Smart Inbox experiment into a cross-platform product with optional AI and team features. Paid plans mainly sell AI depth, meeting notes volume, and collaboration. That packaging matters when you compare seat math with Superhuman (~$30/mo) or Shortwave experiments.
